Thanksgiving is practically here. It’s time talk about my My Ultimate Thanksgiving Menu.

When it comes to Thanksgiving (okay and Christmas), I get pretty serious about the menu. Like I simply cannot leave a thing out, I have to make it all! See, I have this thing where I feel the need to please EVERYONE, and when it comes to Thanksgiving, there’s no exception. This year all six of my siblings will be in town, along with two girlfriends, (Caitlin you will be missed, BUT we’ll see you at Christmas!) and my cousin Abby and her roommate Sarah. So far there’s a grand total of twelve, but I guarantee that will change and there will be last-minute additions. So I always make a FEAST.

Granted we don’t typically eat until six or seven PM, but I feel that’s OK if we have tons of really good food, you know? Plus, it just would not be a Gerard family meal if it wasn’t on the later side.

So anyway, here is my menu for this year. I have a few last-minute recipes coming your way this week, so look out for those too!
